Alright, I did away with the old gallery system and let the website to handle the photos natively. The problem with the old system was pictures were limited to 600 px wide, which really reduced the quality of the photos in my mind. You can check out the gallery page by either clicking the gallery link at the top or the gallery link in the category section on the sidebar of the site.

さて、元のギャラリーソフトは落としました。　問題はそのソフトで写真は６００pxに限られてしまいました。　この理由で写真の品質が悪くなっていったと思っています。今のシステムで６００px以上表示できます。　それでこのギャラリーページはサイトの上と右側の部分でアクセス出来ます。　みんなさんご覧くださいね。

So as of late I’ve been going to school doing the teaching thing, coming home and chilling for a few hours, then going to bed. I think this may be the routine which will play out over the next few weeks. Though also mind you, I have been fighting a cold or something the last few weeks, so that has also been taking a lot of energy. I do need to remember to eat and drink right, especially in this school environment. In terms of fashion or cosplay, I have been looking into Victorian fashion styles. This weekend, I’ll probably do a bit of browsing around Edmonton to see what places sell stuff that could be used. There is an event coming up on Easter weekend where there is a dressing up opportunity. I also should start posting interesting links here as I stumble across them, many people share wonderful stuff with me, and I should pass it along.

最近、日常のルーチンは学校に通って、家に帰って、寝って、次の日にもう一度前の日を繰り返します。まあ、５週間でこういうの生活を続けていくかもしれません。でもこの生活の同時にちょっと風邪を引いちゃったから、ちょっとだるかったです。ちゃんと私のことを大事にしなければいけませんね。 ファッションとコスプレのニュースにはイースターの週末にイベントが行うそうです。 イベントのテーマはEGLファッションです。 私にとって、興味があるスタイルはVictorianです。 それで今週末、エドモントンであちこちへ調べていくよていです。 そしてこのページに面白いのリンクをアップします。

March 3rd was Nozomi’s birthday, and somehow it managed to completely slip my mind. It was in March 2005 that I first received her, and it was another 2 and a half years before I finally debuted her. There has been a lot of work that has gone into her. There have also been personal emotional and physical transformations for myself over the last 3 years. In place of a birthday shoot (I’m in the thick of my teaching experience) I’ll post for you all the sort of timeline of development of both of us.

After spending some time last night, the gallery and links pages are up. There are still some links I am missing, so if your link was on my list before, but is not there now, I am still in the process of adding everyone. Though this time around the link list will not focus exclusively an Kigurumi. In podcast news. I still need to work on the websites for Sophisticate Otaku and Kigurumi Fan Radio, and we also have our 1 year podcast anniversary coming up. So keep an eye out for a new show coming soon.

昨夜、ギャラリーとリンクセクションを再開しました。 何サイトももだ追加していません。 でも今度このサイトは着ぐるみ以外のサイトも追加する予定です。ポッドキャストのニュースにはSophisticate OtakuとKFRのサイトをデザインをまだ作っていません。 まずサイトのソフトを決めなければなりません。でもKasiと私の一周年がもうすぐですね。 それで近未来に新しいショーを作る予定です。

I have included an about me page.  Right now there is not a lot there, but you will be able to see pictures of both Nozomi and myself.  I share both because I would like to be upfront about my performing.  My intention is not "tricking" anyone, rather much like theatre, those who are truly interested in Kigurumi should be able to suspend their belief and enter the world of performance for the time that they are enjoying what they are viewing.  I will also work on having gallery pages up and running quickly as possible.

So rather than fighting with a bloated site backend, I have decided to just go with a nice and simple blog interface. This is done in the hopes of making it easier to update this thing. I have no desire for anything fancy or complex, so instead of taking a lot of time redesigning something, I have just taken a prepackaged template, changed the header image and called it good to go. The site backend will also make it a lot easier to keep all the posts nice and organized.
